Like most other aspects of design work it is very difficult to give an exact cost. That is why we give estimates. We have created Wedding sites, Medical Offices, Commercial & Retail Business sites. There is a process involved and in order to guarantee success for both the end user and the developer team it is essential to follow this process.

Site Design & Construction:

The web is a number of pages, graphics, photo's & layout. A basic site may include up to (5) pages of content, 1-3 Photo's, contact us, Product or event information.

The PROCESS

Site Setup & Hosting:

Your new Website will need a home. We provide a complete Hosting solutions.

Domain Name Registration

1st year setup fee $75.00

Basic Hosting Contract 1 year

$175.00/yr

Monthly Maintenance charge might include a monthly newsletter (that you write-up) updated and loaded. New products listed. Just to name a few.

Site Maintenance:

Corrections, minor updates to your website for example if you want to add new pictures or a new line of product. Adding to the site in any fashion after it has gone "Live".

$25.00/hr

Additional Fees:

Search Engine Optimization - Once the site is up and running you may want to "Be Found out there on the Internet." This is a process in and of itself. It involves filling out registration forms and submitting them to the more popular search engines such as, Google, Yahoo... This will be reviewed and estimated as per individuals needs.

Graphics: If you need a logo or graphics designed we will discuss and determine the complexity of the request.

Forms: This involves response forms or request for more information type forms. Most often the request will be sent to an email box for the site.

Database: This is a complicated area to estimate. A database can be as simple as; product, price and quantity or it can be elaborate. This will be a per request estimate.

Our design process will take your initial input and allow us to create a rough "look and feel". Upon your approval of the rough draft, we will start the actual design. You may want to add input on colors, typeface and backgrounds

You will have the opportunity to preview your site before it is published and set to go "Live". Minor changes (not including new photo's, products, events, etc) will be reviewed and added. We will do out best to present you an estimate if these modifications go beyond the original budget

While we try to get the best definition of what you are looking for up front, there are times when we get into it and you will say oh I want this or I forgot about that. Each time we add it will increase the cost.

We will break our estimate into phases.
